公司前身成立於民國七十六年，後於八十八年重新改組為目前公司。從事專業之電視攝錄影器材設備、非線性後製電腦剪輯設備、燈光器材及影音視聽廣播音響工程，由專業設計到施工並提供完整之售後服務。

The predecessor established at 1987, and re-constructed as current company from 1999. Dealing equipment consists of the application of broadcast & professional program production, non-linear editing, lighting & audio visual performed system. Providing serial service of before-sales and after-sales, include system design, installation, as well as maintenance and repair service.
